A cut and rejoined Slate fireplace hearth designed to create expansion joints and allow the heat to disperse without cracking the hearth. We manufactured a variety of fireplace hearths & back panels in a U.K factory and can make virtually any size or shape you require.

Suitability: This hearth is suitable for solid fuel fires. The hearth has been cut and rejoined the hearth to create expansion joints & allow heat to disperse (needed to avoid risk of hearth cracking). Cut & rejoined hearth should be filled with cement on site
