Down Lights: Pre drilled holes carved in header. Lights need to be plugged into a standard 13 amp socket nearby- see video
Down lights are only suitable for gas or electric fires - not suitable for solid fuel options
Hearth: Will be adapted depending on your choice. Hearths for gas/electric fires will be manufactured in one piece. If you specify solid fuel then we will cut and re-joined the hearth to create expansion joints & allow heat to disperse (needed to avoid risk of hearth cracking). Cut & re-joined hearth should be filled with cement on site
